Blue Cube - Ghostly Visage not being cast

The Blue Cube ooze is a henchman that can be bought from the Oozemaster in Andunor.

Said Blue Cube has the Ghostly Visage feat, normally should be casting it as it's first action to actually be "blue".

However, during my most recent play with one, the Ooze have not been casting it at all.

Using the feat seem to have for some reason gone lower in action priority.

EDIT: After some time, the Ooze did indeed cast Ghostly Visage, but it seemed to do so only when it was unable to reach the target.

EDIT2: Okay. It does cast it from time to time, but rarely as the first action, like I 'think' it used to do.
