1) Remove the prefix, it's ugly and confusing the way portals are ordered.
2) Make each server a color instead of green = in the same server, yellow = other server, it's not even working properly. Make it something like Surface = Green, Cities and Planes = Blue, DiS = Orange.
3) Change order of portals or add three categories one for each server.

Colour coding portals according to the server I think makes sense, much as I rejected color-coding in another suggestion.
