I'm super excited to hear about the other plans for assassin, whatever they may be! However, I don't think I have seen anyone mention Uncanny Dodge yet.
In a previous update to NWN EE, Uncanny dodge was altered to reflect classic D&D rules; where a character cannot sneak attack another that has higher Uncanny Dodge.
This is an issue because assassin only gains tiers of Uncanny Dodge up to level 10, at a total of Uncanny Dodge 3, meaning even if they have 20 assassin levels they can barely sneak attack rogues or barbarians with less than three quarters of class levels (13 for barbarians, and 14 for rogues, and each both scale up to Uncanny Dodge 6). I suggest scaling it up to Uncanny Dodge 6 past level 10: +1 at each of 12, 14, and 16.
