If you ask the smuggler Lyn Randerfold outside of the Clover in Cordor to take you to Raynes Landing (You can only do this as a pirate) you instead get teleported to the area "Underdark (Middle) Cove" Where one exit leads to Sibayad Coast and the other one is a locked quarter door.
It has been like this for over a year just never took my time to report it.
Cordor smuggler -> Raynes landing= Underdark
