I would give them a full overhaul, But:

- The owner signs on the rooms with the tons of beds, I would suggest removing them. They are never used for that one time with the lodestar control room.

-The message board, Eighter give the owner acces to adjust the messages or remove it, We can make our own with a lot of options, It
makes me feel that one is outdated.

-I think in lesser need the same of the bookcases.

-The ownership is problematic, As is often the Undaunted, I think we should lock the ownership to the chancelor automaticly. Or pull
the barracks out of the guildhouse rule. (This would be like 0 effort for the DEV's) So that the "commander" can own it without
dropping their home.

-I'd remove the beds, Specially now with the update, This way rooms can be used as archives or offices etc.
