Died by resting. Ended in Sibayad from Skal.

Hello. I am a little bit confused as i was playing my Wizard Adamar Et`ketal and was going through the Upperdark and decided to rest because i got to -10% rest. As i did that i immediately died and was sent to the Fugue. After waiting out the five minutes i clicked the soul gate and ended up in Sibayad. Has anyone else experienced a bug like this?

The resting part is normal if you had a constitution buff such as endurance and were at low health. When you rest, the buff goes away, and you lose whatever extra hp you gained from the increased Con modifier from the buff. This can kill you.

As far as respawning in Sibayad, that is a bug, and a DM should be able to help you get back to skal.

I was full hp. Yes i was buffed with endurance but i have 78hp normally not buffed and had 104 hp max at the time. even losing that buff would put me down to 78. and being tired lowered my con a bit more. I shouldnt have died. should i have?

If it would have dropped your con below 3 between that and the tired debuffs, that will also kill you. It could also just be some rare bug.
