-cloak command and tails

Description of Bug Experienced:
When wearing a cloak,say to hide a tail, and when the time comes to take off said cloak (but keep magical buffs!) and use -cloak to make it invisible, the tail disappears. It does NOT do this with the wings.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
You can unequip the cloak, and the tail reappears, if you then equip it again, and type -cloak, the same happens. Tail disappears.

Expected Result:
The tail should still show up, like wings do.

Actual Result:
The tail is invisible!

it's a feature of the server and questioning that isn't helping with this bug

it's primarily an aesthetic thing since helmets and cloaks are essentially necessary to gear with but can also not mesh well with armour or thematics. further, some helmets are specifically described as being 'circlets', which we haven't added haks for (yet?), and cloak could just as well be a fur ruff or a stole or something.

Some people want certain visuals for their character but also want to maintain the benefits of the magic item. I do it with helmets, because all the helmet models are pretty lame.
