The title pretty much sums it up.
The -twohand works adding/removing the extra damage, but you do not get the Spellsword AC bonus when wielding it one-handed. It writes the "You cannot manipulate weave to protect.." message in both scenarios.
Firbolg + spellsword + greatsword = no AC bonus
