Spellsword and harper paragon

Hello,

For some strange reason harper paragon & spellsword do not seem to "sync up" correctly. Playing for example a 16 wizard 4 paragon will only give you 15 spellsword-BAB and 3 apr, where it should be giving you 16 bab and 4 apr. This function works correctly for other full BAB classes but not paragon, I suspect for some reason it has issues recognising the fact that paragon is a full BAB class now.
