The result:
It went invisible on me so I couldn't see it at all and I unequipped it so it could have gotten lost in my inventory (I suspect it was on slot 4 at the time)
Since then anything that I store in slot 4 of my inventory will disappear. It could appear blank or with a random number of items are in the page slot.
At this point I can't move them about the slot or into one of the other bag slots. I'd need to drop them and pick them back up and try and hope I can move them to one of other slots.
This is a little frustrating issue as I have very limited room in my bags anymore. **Work around is a quick logout back in**
Weird Caveat:
Initial log in can show the bug so the user may need to log in, log out, log in to see items in the effected slots
I showed this to a DM yesterday who placed a ring on that slot for me and as soon as I changed tab from Tab 4 to Tab 3 in my bags (never closed the bag) the ring was gone even the DM couldn't see it in my inventory .
True to form I needed to re log to see some items and what not and the DM placed ring was visible but none of the other items that were in my bag.
I've tried to just ignore it when out gather supplies etc. I simply just end out dropping random items and seeing as I can't always clear the junk, I've picked up this can be a choice of something I want to leave behind or consume.
Luckily, I've not dropped anything I need to the best of my knowledge yet.
A quick summary on reproducing:
- Go to the effect bag slot & place item in the bag
- Move the item in the tab/slot
- Close bag or change tab
- Newly placed items can't be seen.
- Drop item and pick it back up
- It won’t be hidden from view so long as you don't change tab / close & open you bag.
