Sobriety
Way way back in the day it ticked up while offline (but Rest, food, water also ticked down). But this was changed some time ago.
Can Sobriety please be reverted? Have it tick up while offline.
It's fun to RP in an Inn/Tavern and get mechanically drunk. Then go to bed in RL and get on 8 RL hours later and still and drunk. Since it is 10 game hours to a RL hour... "Why are you drunk?" "I had a few too many drinks with friends 80 hours ago"
I get that some people *looks at mages* use alcohol to get more spell casting. So maybe it only ticks back to 0 while offline (which stops the drunk animation/laughing/falling)

Probably wouldn't be fair to make sobriety an exception from the rest of the stats.

On that note, it would be nice if monks didn't have their sobriety lowered. It seems strange that they can be completely immune to poison, but still get knocked out from some drinks.
If it would be possible to give that when they get the diamond body feat? That way, you prevent monk dip casters from losing drawbacks of constant drinking, but still have flavor for their actual mechanical feat.
