Barbarian Rage and Dual Wielding
Barbarian's bonus damage in rage doesn't apply on off-hand weapon while dual wielding.

Was seeing if this was posted, but I can confirm this as well. Off-hand weapons do not benefit from Arelith rage benefits, but do gain the effects of thundering rage.
