New character entry: Underdark > Cordor broken

Description of Bug Experienced:

I recently tried creating a new character. I had selected "Underdark" server when entering the character creation menu. I made my character and was ready to step into Cordor. Except.... I couldn't. After selecting "Cordor", while it normally should teleport and spawn you at Cordor Docks, nothing happened after clicking the dialogue.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Create a new character on Underdark server, Human, Neutral. Try to enter Cordor via the door dialogue after gift selection and leveling to level 2.

Expected Result:
Server transition and appearance on Cordor docks

Actual Result:
Nothing happened.

Additional Notes:

Also tested other server transitions while at it, from the character creation room.

Underdark > Skall
Underdark > Sencliff
Underdark > Underdark (Slave, kobold, goblin, etc.)

Those server transitions work normally.
