The big Church of Bane bug thread

Post by Shrouded Wanderer »

Several current problems and re occuring problems exist at present.

1. Main praise door is glitchy. Sometimes have to wait as much as 2 full rounds for it to open.

2. Faith door dialogue wont open if you do not position the character exactly in the right spot.

3. Respawn room no longer works at all

4. Random negative energy damage traps scattered around the guildhall

5. Giants spawning o ntop of and around the church

6. Giants spawning inside the church

7. There is a lasso spot to get into the church, seems intentional at first. But there is now a destination portal right next to it and now allows anyone to instantly scale the wall and get in without making an actual approach.

It also doesnt seem condusive to the new raiding rules.

8. There is no paper vendor

9. Chaplain briars will not purchase certain items, but will purchase other items of the same type, (jewelry and bracers)

10. You cannot aim down from the first level balcony making ranged defensive measures and fighting impossible

11. Faith door only requires attunement to Bane.... Not sure if it was intentional to allow other faiths affiliated with bane but it is exploitable, I recommend only allowing main faiths affiliated to use this feature (lovitar etc)

Never understood this pointless lasso spot in the first place, anyway. It isn't fun.
