Weapon Finesse: All light weapons + rapier?

Weapon Finesse affects the following weapons in Standard NWN:

dagger, handaxe, kama, kukri, light hammer, mace, rapier, shortsword, sickle, whip, and unarmed strike.

Arelith NWN has added:

quarterstaff, and katana.

We've also added some new "light" weapons. It's confusing navigating where and when Weapon Finesse applies. Would it be broken if we changed Weapon Finesse to apply to ALL light weapons, plus the rapier/quarterstaff?

This could be problematic, because finesable weapons include light, tiny weapons, rapier and unarmed strike. and there's an issue of "light weapons" having another definition (used for dual-wielding).

All SMALL/TINY weapons + Rapier (And Qstaff on Arelith)

For the record, it does work with Light Flail now that its been adjusted to small, so I assume it is automatic on that front.
