Shadow plague does not do 4d6 damage per tick.
It's closer to 40-80.
Unsure if this is deliberate, it doesn't seem too high for a level 8 spell but it isn't what is listed in the spell text.

This is correct Incendiary cloud had its damage changed from vanilla and Shadow Plague matches it this. Will have to add an IC description update to the todo list.
