Hello. I think I've missed a couple of feats on feat levels for my hexblade: 23/26/29.
29 I know is definite, but on 23/26 I think I was only able to take a hex blade specific feat, and it didnt give me the regular ''every 3rd after 20'' feats. So I am atleast missing 1 feat, possibly 3.

General epic regular feat is at PC lv21, lv24, lv27, lv30.
Hex blade gain bonus feat every 3 level after 20, which means 23, 26, 29 ( class level)
If you're taking epic hexblade specific feat at 23 and 26, I don't see what's wrong though.
Maybe I'm mistaken?

You don't get a bonus feat at 29. It's 23, 26, 28, and 30. You can select a hexblade feat or a normal bonus feat, not both. This is working as intended.
