Gem Pouch stacked and lost all items inside

Server: Cordor & Planes

Description:
- I had 2 gem pouches in my inventory
- I removed a 3rd gem pouch from my storage chest
- The 3rd gem pouch stacked with one of the other gem pouches in my inventory.
- When I tried to use the stack I got a server message: "Container is stacked. Must be unstacked to use."
- I unstacked the 2 gem pouches
- One gem pouch that was already in my inventory maintained its contents. The 3rd gem pouch that was removed from my storage chest was empty.

Steps to replicate:
- Have a gem pouch in your inventory and pick up another one? I don't know if it matters if the pouch was in your personal storage or not.

Expected results:
- To have multiple gem pouches in your inventory each with separate contents. (has always worked this way before)

Failed:
- gem pouches stack and one loses its inventory.

Update: I think this may have been caused by the fact that I had a name change done yesterday. :/
