Desecrating altars and ceremonies

Hey there. Tried to hold a ceremony with my cleric at an altar and instead it desecrated the altar and I lost a huge amount of piety. The desecrate option itself was not available.

mentioned this in another report, altar ceremony has a bug right now so we just cant use that until its fixed
