Dis, Receiving Center, Concierge dialogue loop

Description of Bug Experienced:

The dialogue you get for bribing the Concierge has a "dead-end" under 1. Explain to me- exactly- where I am.

Unlike the other options, it simply loops upon itself, causing a planar visitor having to pay the bribe twice, if they mistakenly took that dialogue option first or second.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
-Talk with the Concierge (female) NPC.
-Bribe
-Try taking the dialogue option 1.
-Gives a menu of different options. Press any that is not "fine, i had other question"
-Be stuck in a loop, unable to go for "other questions"

Expected Result:
-Be able to ask other questions

Actual Result:
-being unable to
