Forest Gnome Height

Another test during reset and another thread.

I tried to make a forest gnome and I discovered with a certain surprise that their height is exactly the same of that of rock and deep gnomes.

I really did not see this coming, after having seen the "great drow diminishing".

Forest gnomes are by lore famous for being much smaller than other gnomes, even smaller than halfling.

This cannot be a proposal, so I will not propose changes, but I will simply point out that right now the height of the forest gnomes player characters is in the same state the height of drow player characters was compared to their surface elven counterparts.
