Description of Bug Experienced:
I've lost the room I had at he Laughing something Inn, the one on the trade road between Cordor and Bendir.
I think it was the third on the left, one that's a store room, has no bed, just a box and a chest.

I'm almost sure that that I've refreshed it the previous RL day and that had money all the time in the bank.
When I checked it yesterday it was taken over.
My char is Wiltlin Dattian.

Seems that you didn't have enough gold in the bank, and it was released due to lack of funds.

Thanks for checking it and the quick answer.

I must be wrong, but I was almost sure that I had money on the bank. I thought i had over 5000 gold on it and it cost me 2500 to get it.
How much is the usual tax for a just bough room with no changes?

Well it really depends on the room. The quarter sign should give details.

It varies quarter by quarter. There is a base amount per 3 RL days, and then any upgrades increase this amount. Since the locks/traps no longer reset to default when you buy a quarter, the amount of tax for your locks/traps might be very high, depending upon what was set by the previous owner.

No longer? Did they ever do that?

Yeah, it used to be that whenever the quarter changed ownership the locks and traps reset to a default, and you would have to pay a load of gold to upgrade them again.
