Bendir Dale Citizen Storage

Is something wrong with the citizen storage in bendir dale? Just opened my storage and a lot of stuff was in there and i did not put that in. My 12 items are mixed in as well but they are the saved items. I do not want to touch the items that are extra because i know they are not mine. Im just confused as to how they are there. The items only show up if i use the left storage access but not if i click the right storage access. I have screenshots but it will not allow me to attach them. I can send the pictures via discord if you would like.

This can happen if a non-citizen puts objects in storage or a citizen puts in more than the slots saved. Then anyone accessing the storage afterwards will see these objects.
