Were shovels removed from NPCs?
I'm fairly certain I bought a shovel on my first character from a NPC, a peddler or maybe the NPC near the bank in Sibayad, I can't remember 100% who it was from. I'm trying to find someone selling shovels on my new character, and can't find a NPC selling them. Were shovels removed from NPCs?

After the last reset I went and checked peddlers and they had shovels again. When I posted the bug report, most of the peddlers seemed to have huge gaps where their inventory deleted, there were 3 inventory pages that were empty and the 1st page was disorganized with items placed randomly. Maybe some sort of overflow of items sold to them causes it? I'm not sure, but, it resolved itself. So if anyone in the future can't find a shovel, catch a peddler NPC right after a reset.
