Dread Pirate bonus

Currently dread pirates do not gain any benefits, in contrast, they are easier to spot by low lore characters. Therefore, there is not much incentive rather than for RP reasons to gain dread status. It would be nice if this would come with some benefits.

Here are some potential ideas:

1) Make them gain outcast status and use restricted underdark portals (This has been suggested in some of the forums)
2) Ability to hunt down ships.
3) Naval intel - access to naval activity via snitch
4) Examine landing site - Before lowering skiff and leaving the ship, the boatswain dialogue allows to examine landing sites for potential threats through a telescope (similar to the telescopes available at some sites in the module). This could be disabled for some landing sites that are in caves or hidden, etc (Red Dragon Isle, Sencliff)

So whilst I actually agree with the idea that Dread Pirates should maybe get some sort of extra bonus, (and I thought they did already, but no matter) I actually dissagree strongly with many of the ideas here - and only feel neutral about others. So I'm moving this to rejected for now.
