Delayed Speedy or Speedy PO Box

- Allow for speedy messages to remain stored and gets delivered when the recipient PC logs in ?
Or (to reduce spamming)
- allow for a PO Box service where messages remain stored until retrieved by the recipient, like it works on quarter doors.

This could facilitate IG interaction between players in different timezones, or when a player logon is unknown.

As specified here it would allow private messages to anyone, this is not a desired function of Speedies.
