Perform bonus to item and/or class

Bard is the only class who have its capstone ability gated behind an almost impossible to achieve skill requirement. I therefor suggest that either the "Epic gloves of the Minstrel" (+30 perform) are added to the loot matrix or as a one-off quest reward for an appropiatly leveled bard, or that bards are given a +1 hard perform bonus per class level. Or some combination thereof.

This would make pure bards viable, and not only as meme builds.
