Something I think could add a lot to the server...
PCs can craft message boards in a language they speak fluently (barring animal and other non-written languages.)
To be able to read what's on these boards you need at least 50% fluency in that language.
Obviously this would not be the default (like Cordor's board or one for the public should always be in common, though a case could be made Anundor's could be undercommon) but it'd be nice for say an elf house to have a board only those who speak elven can read.
