Scribe Scroll Not Working On Shaman (v2)

Hello! This is a "thread bump" on an outstanding bug report, but it seems that this may have gotten lost in the shuffle.

In any case: the Scribe Scroll feat does not work for the Shaman class (nor apparently for Favored Soul either, but I have not dealt with that personally).

To make a long story short, when a Shaman attempts to scribe a scroll, it fails. This appears to have been a known issue for some time, and just wanted to see if there were any plans to address this.

If this seems like a bug that will not be fixed, I was also hoping to receive a re-level on the affected character, as this feat is currently not functioning, and I have no way of getting rid of it. I spoke with the DM team about this previously, and they said there is a general policy against re-leveling characters for feat changes...but my hope would be that an exception could be made here, given that this is not simply a "mistake" with the build, but rather, a bug that I have no control over. De-leveling is not really a feasible option, as I took the feat very early on, and currently lead a faction, so de-leveling would have significant/highly detrimental RP consequences (I cannot lead/train/support guild members with a level 4 character).
