When speaking to the Dwarven Caravaneer in Cordor to take you to the Arcane Tower he takes your gold but you don't go anywhere. You get a message saying: ((Error: Target Server does not exist))

Pay the Caravaneer to go to the Arcane Tower.

Go to the Arcane Tower.
Actual result

You don't go anywhere.
Message in combat log: ((Error: Target Server does not exist))
