Brogendenstein (Beneath the Mountain) Ice Caves transition bug

Using the rope transition at the East-center of the zone gives this error:

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Attempt to use the transition painted under the rope.

Expected result
-----------------------
Go somewhere else

Actual result
-------------------
Stay there with an error message
