make epic illusion cast like Epic abjuration

I'm posting this one on mobile, so sorry for the lack of paragraph and such this time around. When you cast epic abjuration you are able to use it while in a polymorphed state. I would prefer to be able to do this with epic illusion as well, mainly to bring back the old practice of being able to make a copy of yourself while shifted for roleplay purposes. This is even more of a good idea than before because since clone Illusions no longer do any damage.
