Hexblade Spellbook & Curse of Sacrifice

I very much like the new Hexblade changes – it’s a fun class now and the reduced CD to hex really improved the flow. Thank you Garrbear. There are two small changes I’d like to see:

(1) Make Haste a level 3 spell, as it is for all other arcane casters, and allows it to be extended [the spellbook is still weak given that one gives up 30CL by casting, and 3 casts of haste is not much]

(2) Curse of Sacrifice, create a toggle so one can choose between damage and healing
