Zhentarim Operative Bugs

Guess I'll post it here this time.

1. Tracking does NOT work.

2. Rogue affinity for grenades does not stack with Operative levels.

Also, added Yuan-Ti form is NOT covered...at all. Not sure if its a bug or not
