Add also Gnomish to the runic languages

Gnomes are a race that is famous for its propension toward the arcane, especially illusion of course, and for the creation of magical items of exceptional quality, as well as for its propension for scholarship and learning. Gnomish, or Gnim, is in fact a learned tongue learned also by many other races.

It seems to me that with the addition of new tongues to the list of runic languages now Gnomish is a great absent from that list. Therefore I propose to add the possibility of making player created runes also using Gnomish.
