With the resent changes to disguise. Will it be possible in the future to disguise your sex? Still trying to figure out what race a human could mimic?

The issue is WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get).
You can try to be ambiguous about sex, but the models have clear differences that would identify which gender you are. A male attempting to pose as a female would be extremely difficult.
