(PGCC) monk, spellsword, and sai, all work weird there.

Description
so, it seems that combining spellsword levels, monk levels, and using a single sai creates... interesting results.

Steps to reproduce
be a spellmonk (in my case, 27 spellsword 3 monk) and use a single sai as a weapon, and try attacking something

Expected result
you lose the spellsword shield AC from empty offhand, but get UBAB progression of attacks per round and AB dropoff on subsequent attacks (so in this case, it would be 5 attacks per round, since the BAB of this is 15, and the AB dropoff would be 3 instead of 5)

Actual result
this is where it gets weird.
the UBAB progression of AB is there, so the dropoff seems to be 3 per attack. HOWEVER, the amount of attacks per round is NOT increased to UBAB amount, staying at 3 APR in case of 15 BAB.
moreover, the spellsword shield AC bonus for an empty offhand is NOT disabled. you still get shield AC when holding a sai in one hand and nothing in your offhand (so, in my case, that's 5 AC increase)

Notes
i have tested sai on a pure monk also, and it seems to work properly on it, so i suspect that it may be just a spellsword + monk problem.
another note: i have NOT tested it on live. i don't have a single character capable of testing it. so it may also just be a pgcc thing.


EDIT: this was later fixed by Garrbear i believe (he enabled ubab on some weapons, i then reported that sai retains shield ac from an empty offhand and he fixed it as well) so i guess this SHOULD be moved to completed bug reports i think?
