Found this belt in game, I believe it to be an Encircling Scale, with some added enchants. It has a bad Strref on the Poison Immunity, however.

This is on some magic items that have an on-use, it's been this way since Arelith updated to the latest Beamdog update. Curiously, it used to be on every single on-use item. Checking my inventory real quick, a number of items were fixed or fixed themselves, such as rods, skleens, mojo, and magical rings.
Wands, potions, and the saintsblood pearl are still displaying bad strref though.

This looks to be related to a 2da. We'll have to isolate it down - suspicion is caster level defaulting to 255 when there is no 255. We'll keep at it.
