Cordor Property Registry Broken

Description of Bug Experienced:
The Cordor Property Registry (or "Owned Property List") is not displaying the list as it should be.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Access the room with the purchased key
2. Clicked the "Owned Propertry List" spot (also Property is misspelled that way)
3. Unable to prompt a list
3a. Obtained a Cordor citizenship in case something was changed
3b. Unable to prompt a list

Expected Result:
Able to see the list of available quarters/shops in Cordor.

Actual Result:
Only get the "End Dialog" option.

It broke again.

It's dropping errors now.

Its also very out of date, listing properties in districts that no longer exist, and not listing several sections of housing. It could stand a thorough once-over.
