Portrait goes default

Portrait goes default

Hi!

my portraits of two character goes to default after the recent update and in character chosing menu its pure white. Shall i contact a DM or its something else in the recent update?

Characters:
"Papa" Rasma: ALT (merchant goblin of Golden Goblin Korporation)
Ashnodh: MAIN (wild goblin tribal of the Broke Tooth Clan)

Died/Rolled:
Murag, Rusmo, Rismu, Fivez, Ret, Galepen, Crab

Please provide screenshots, which portrait you were using, etc.

Determine your Public CD Key here
Can't see your vault? Have you migrated your accounts? If you have tried, and still can't see them, message me.
