On use items dont have the 'on use' function anymore!
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Drop an Item with on use function into a trade window.
Drag it back into your intentory.
Close trade window.
Right click on 'on use' item.
Expected Result:
The radial menu shows the on use functions.
Actual Result:
The menu is empty

Additional Information/Notes
The 'on use' Item I used in the example was fixed with a relog. Seems dragged them to the hotbar fixes this also.
There are repair kit (forging) currently sold in Brog(Golden Halls) without an on use function. I think they worked pre-rollback! These were not fixed with a relog.
