Half-orc creation&changes bug(s)

So, currently, whenever I try creating a Half-orc, it goes straight to "delete character" screen after pressing "create character". Since this has happened to me few times in the past when I've created character with a name of deleted character, I tried few different names, and always the same happened. Was trying to create a Half-Orc favored soul.
I also tried this on completely randomized hOrc settings on a random class (Fighter) and same happened.

Also, apparently the int. change on Half-orcs that wasn't supposed to be retroactive partially was nevertheless, giving +2 to INT on existing horcs, but leaving them with Power Attack & Intimidate bonus'.

When you make the half-orc are you able to get more point buy than normal? This seems similar to the duergar Cha bug.

Try clicking recommend stats then changing them.

Can confirm my pre existing half orc has the Int increase (Now 18 base, was 16) still retains the power attack and intimidate.

Not sure if it is relevant, but the stat line said 18 on the login screen, did not need to log in for it to update.
