It is not technically a bug, but I find very annoying when I begin to rest (with very few hp left) while under the effect of Bear's endurance... and I straight up die because my hp without the buff go below -10.
I know one could just patch up a bit before resting and be safe, but it's not something that is easily remembered.
Can/should something be done about this?

This is reliant on the players. And, really isn't a bug - magical effects wear off. You'll just need to remember to heal up.
