Naginata APR on PGCC

Naginata, when used by a 27/3 Spellsword/Monk, does not grant bonus APR in accord to monk UBAB progression, it only grants the progression itself.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Create a Spellsword 27 Monk 3 in the pgcc and use a Naginata as your main weapon.

Expected result
-----------------------
Along with monk UBAB progression, the character should have 5 APR as well.

Actual result
-------------------
The character receives monk UBAB progression but still has only 3 APR.

Unequipping and equipping it again doesn't fix it. Neither relogging as well.

During actual combat, are you hitting 5 times or just 3?

Is this only a problem with naginata or with any ubab weapon?

I've just tested with Sai and it's not working as well. The original monk weapons are working fine, only Naginata and Sai looks to be broken with Spellsword (I just tested these two of the new monk weapons). Perhaps it's something to do with the new monk weapons?
