Hello everyone,
I am playing around with a wild elf shaman 3/tribal barbarian 1 and when my character "raged", the two elves were spawned, as expected.
But they were not armed (and did not arm themselves when I initiated combat) and I could not remove them from the party. Even right clicking on one and selecting "remove from party", which usually causes a henchman to wander off, did nothing. I relogged and then rested and tried "raging" two more times and the same result occurred (relogging caused them to be unsummoned, so I could summon them again).
My character is a wild elf on Skal which took his first 3 levels as a shaman, then at level 4 I took barbarian and then I typed -path to select the Tribesman Barbarian path.

Had a similar issue with the refusal to be unsummoned thing, I found that if I transitioned into another area they could be unsummoned then. Not a great fix, but better than having to close the program and load it up again every time.

Update:
It may have just been a server hiccup before. Now after a reset, the tribal barbarians still first summon unarmed, but they arm themselves when fighting as expected so that is solved.
As Hinty said, I could transition into another area and the tribals could be unsummoned, so that is solved too.
