The half-blood Camp has a Ship
The ship unfortunately, whilst being tagged [damaged] is not boardable and gives the message
Unless I'm mistaken and it's sank?

Yes, skiff is misleading. I wasn't sure what is wrong with is too.
The answer is that you have to board Sea Reaver from the Crow's Nest now. There is transition spot in the docks.

Oh that is an old Skiff remnant probably from the previous System. It should be removed. I tried to remove all old Skiffs before the update, missed that one.

Fixed this a couple of days ago. Ship can now be accessed at Crow's Nest Jetty.
