After an update a week or two ago I've noticed that every few minutes Arelith freezes for a couple seconds.
It doesn't crash and if I wait it out it comes back and catches up but its very annoying and if I were in PvP or PvE could mean life or death for my character.
Does anyone know why 'Lith does this? I haven't had this issue on other servers.

I'm having the same exact issue, Steels Sweets.
It's driving me nuts. Delwin croaked in a dungeon last night because of the freeze. Couldn't heal.

Same its been going on for several months now, have pretty much gotten used to it but yes it can be annoying.

Since yesterday Im experiancing lag and rubberbanding on the surface server. A restart did help temporarily.
