Nyssalia of Myon standing on portal

The NPC at the portal between the elven quarter and Myon attempts to interact with the portal, and immediately gets stuck on top of it, preventing anyone from using the portal.



I asked Titania to help move the NPC, Titania possessed her and we RPed a bit. I stood still waiting to see if she was going to say anything else. Titania must have un-possessed the NPC, because she immediately went right back to the portal and interacted with it, and got stuck on top again.

Could the NPC be made to stand still so she doesn't fidget with the portal?
