(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
Purchased a quarter in Guldorand (City Port). The storage cabinet within on the second floor is inaccessible however due to what I believe is a pathing issue.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Click on storage cabinet to access it.
Expected Result:
Character walks to the cabinet and opens the inventory.
Actual Result:
The character walks into/around the cabinet yet never opens the container.

Additional Information/Notes
Another note to look into is the transition from the first floor to the second floor. When going from the second floor to the first, the character is spit out facing the transition back up to the second floor rather than facing forward down the stars. If that could also be corrected that would be wonderful.
