Elven quarter double-house

Hello, recently I bought a quarter on my character, and I discovered that it's bugged and has a "double quarter," where if you buy one you get another. I think this is probably not intentional, since they're not adjacent.

I've included screenshots of these houses (and their locations, circled in red) below.
